Use this skill whenever the user needs a ready-made asset: placeholders, stock images, icon libraries, font picks, color palettes, device/browser mockups, or UI kits/templates — even if they just say "I need an image" or "find me an icon". Top picks are inline; full lists live in per-category reference files under references/.
