Newsdance OpenClaw Plugin

Connects from OpenClaw Gateway to Newsdance Relay over WebSocket and sends visible messages to the configured OpenClaw delivery target.

Requires OpenClaw v2026.4.7 or newer. Delivery uses the OpenClaw Plugin SDK outbound runtime; the plugin does not execute the local openclaw CLI and does not require a public tunnel.
