⚠️ 注意事项
1. 临时性
- ✅ 执行后自动删除
- ✅ 不会写入 HEARTBEAT.md
- ✅ 适合一次性任务
2. 时间限制
- 最小时间间隔：1 分钟
- 最大时间间隔：30 天
- 建议时间间隔：5 分钟 - 24 小时
3. 任务数量
- 单个用户最多：20 个临时心跳
- 超出时提示：请先取消部分任务
4. 执行时机
- 检查频率：每 30 秒检查一次
- 执行误差：< 1 分钟
- 超时处理：任务过期后自动删除
