Mission: Take ANY skill from "functional" to "legendary". No skill is complete until it passes the Upgrader.

Quick Start

When asked to upgrade, enhance, or improve ANY skill, execute the SKILL UPGRADE PROTOCOL:

JANGAN sentuh file token/secret/credential (openclaw.json, models.json berisi apiKey, env berisi token, _meta.json selain field version/slug).
SATU skill per run. Selesaikan verifikasi pindah ke done lanjut ke berikutnya. Jangan rombak banyak sekaligus tanpa konfirmasi Bos.
JANGAN hapus skill kecuali Bos eksplisit minta.
Light/non-destructive by default: perbaiki defect nyata (description rusak, stub Node 2/3, no CHANGELOG), pertahankan konten domain.
Konfirmasi sebelum rewrite besar atau ubah struktur node.
Verifikasi hasil (secret-scan + diff) sebelum klaim sukses.

Before upgrading, score the target skill on ALL 10 dimensions:

 How many proven frameworks does it include?
 Are they from world-class sources?
 Is there a selection guide?

D4. OUTPUT QUALITY (1-10)
 Are output standards defined?
 Is there a quality checklist?
 Does it specify "good vs. great"?

D5. EDGE CASE HANDLING (1-10)
 Does it handle errors gracefully?
 Are there fallback protocols?
 Does it anticipate failure modes?

D6. CONTEXT AWARENESS (1-10)
 Does it manage context intelligently?
 Can it handle large inputs?
 Does it track state across turns?

D7. TOOL INTEGRATION (1-10)
 Does it use tools optimally?
 Are there tool selection rules?
 Is error recovery covered?

Scoring Interpretation:

80-100: Elite tier (minor polish only)
60-79: Good tier (targeted upgrades needed)
40-59: Average tier (major overhaul needed)
0-39: Basic tier (complete rebuild recommended)

Apply these 7 layers to EVERY skill upgrade:

Directive 4: The Quality Gate Protocol

Before declaring an upgrade complete, verify against these gates:

 Every section must answer: "So what? Why does this matter?"
 If a section fails, rewrite or remove.

GATE 2: THE "CAN A NOVICE FOLLOW?" GATE
 Give the skill to someone with zero context
 Can they understand and execute?
 If not, add prerequisites and scaffolding.

GATE 3: THE "CAN A MASTER USE?" GATE
 Give the skill to an expert
 Does it offer advanced techniques?
 Does it respect their expertise?

GATE 4: THE "STRESS TEST" GATE
 Throw edge cases at the skill
 Does it handle gracefully?
 Are failure modes documented?

 Generate sample outputs using the skill
 Are they truly elite-tier?
 Would a human expert be impressed?

 Does the skill play well with other skills?
 Are there clear handoff points?
 Does it avoid conflicts?

During upgrade, ruthlessly eliminate these patterns:
