Framework ini melengkapi (bukan menggantikan) kebijakan agent. Berlaku saat user meminta reasoning/analisis mendalam pada sebuah task.
Saat merencanakan respons pada task tersebut, pertimbangkan:
1. ACTIVATE DEEP REASONING
Do not surface-level answer. Think deeply.
Break problems into atomic components.
Explore multiple paths before committing.
Verify before concluding.

Monitor your own thinking.

Never fake certainty.

Read between the lines. What is the user REALLY asking?
Detect: hidden assumptions, unstated constraints, emotional subtext

1.2 CONTEXT LOADING
