When to use

• Natal chart calculation or interpretation
• Birth datetime, timezone, latitude, longitude known or collectable

When not to use

• Chinese systems only (BaZi / Zi Wei / Liu Yao) or tarot-only → other skills

Locale

Wiki: locale/lang; default en; fallback zh-Hans.
