Scope System / 范围系统

Memories are isolated by scope:

Scope	Description
`USER`	Private to the current user (default)
`TEAM`	Shared within a team
`AGENT`	Agent-specific memory
`GLOBAL`	Accessible to all agents and users

Scope filtering is O(1) via in-memory Map index. See docs/ARCHITECTURE.md for details.
