环境准备

1. 系统要求

   • Windows / macOS / Linux

2. 获取访问密钥

   • 访问 华为云控制台
   • 进入"我的凭证"页面
   • 创建访问密钥（Access Key ID 和 Secret Access Key）

安装 KooCLI

方法一：使用 pip 安装（推荐）
