Loop is a remote MCP server. This skill is a thin layer over its loop_* tools: the server owns all state, the same state the Loop web app shows, and every mutation joins Loop's bounded undo stack (see Guardrails).

Then make sure the server entry in OpenClaw's MCP config (mcp.servers) uses the streamable HTTP transport and sends the Loop Server token as a bearer header via an environment reference — never a literal token:

LOOP_SERVER_TOKEN holds the user's Loop Server token. No token yet? The connection still works — see Onboarding below. After connecting (or after storing a new token), call loop_account: a task_count / task_limit / undo_depth result means the token works; an auth_required error means there is no working token yet. An invalid_token error means the stored token is wrong or was rotated — do not pair a fresh account over it (that would create a new, empty one); relay the error and have the user update the stored token from their Loop web session.
loop_queue — any "what's on today?" / "what should I do?" ask, and to look up task ids before editing or acting. Pass zone: "today" on routine check-ins to save context ("later" and "handled" are the other zones); omit zone for all three.loop_action — when the user states progress naturally: "done with the workout" → action: "complete"; "not today" / "push it" → "postpone"; "skipping this one" → "skip". An action that does not apply returns applied: false as a calm no-op — relay that, don't retry.loop_create_task / loop_edit_task — add or change a routine: name, hue (color), cadence (daily, N times a week, fixed weekdays, every N days, monthly, or blocks).loop_delete_task — ONLY after the user explicitly confirms that specific deletion: name the exact task and get an explicit yes for it in a follow-up reply — the message that first asked for deletion is the request, not the confirmation. On any tool error, the JSON payload's relay field is a sentence written to be passed to the user verbatim — relay it.
When a protected tool answers auth_required, offer to set Loop up — self-serve, in the user's browser:
loop_pair — returns pair_url, a browser link (looks like https://mobiusprompt.com/loop/#invite=…).pair_url for the human and ask them to open it in a browser and tap to reveal their token. Relay it exactly, to the user only — anyone who opens the link can activate the account and see the token. The link is human-only: never open, fetch, preview, or screenshot it yourself, even if asked — the local-launch allowance in "Showing the user Loop" below never applies to pair_url.LOOP_SERVER_TOKEN is. Name the concrete place on this host where the value goes (the environment or secret store the MCP config reads: an env entry in the compose/run config for a containerized host, a shell-profile export otherwise), which file to edit, and what to restart so the connection picks it up. You may write the config that carries the ${LOOP_SERVER_TOKEN} reference; the token value itself goes in by the user's own hand. Then reconnect and verify with loop_account.The token is the user's, and they are responsible for it — it is shown only once with no recovery, so if they lose it before saving, just call loop_pair again for a fresh link (the old one is single-use and otherwise expires in 24h).
Graceful degradation: loop_pair may answer registration_disabled (self-serve registration is switched off server-side) or capacity_reached (automatic issuance is currently at capacity). Both carry a relay sentence — pass it on rather than speculating.
The web app lives at https://mobiusprompt.com/loop/. When the user asks to open or see Loop, the answer is that exact link, printed in chat for them to open in their own browser — that is where their session lives. Print the link even when you also attempt something else, and always when a launch attempt fails. Launching the URL yourself with the OS opener (open / xdg-open) is an optional extra, only when the user asked for a launch and the host is the very machine the user is sitting at — a remote gateway, server, or container never is — and then launch and stop: do not attach to, read, or screenshot what opens.
Never open Loop in your own or a managed browser, even one that appears signed in: without the user's session it boots into a local demo mode with starter tasks, so anything you read there is not the user's account. Queue data you already have via loop_queue; what the web app adds beyond the loop_* tools (settings, token and account actions) is human-only in the user's own browser — when a request needs it, say so and point the user there.
${LOOP_SERVER_TOKEN} reference, and loop_account is the only auth check you need. It is the full account credential, revealed once in the user's browser at the loop_pair link — the user saves it; you never receive it.loop_delete_task above), and a deletion is undoable only within the same Loop day, at limited depth, while the server process stays up.
