Collects public trend signals from TikTok / Reels / Shorts, extracts non-copyright structure (hook, pacing, visual keywords, camera), maps a generator-ready prompt pack, and grades topics. Use when the user says generate this week's topic library, run the topic library, weekly content production, or viral teardown plus prompts.
