Catalog https://chatagent.ca/sources/catalog.json is RESOURCE. Dual ledgers / eggs / Star Chart stay CANON. Do not ingest the catalog into the live chart.
Do not invent playlists. Do not add YouTube cable-news. Do not stand up a CORS/pirate proxy. Do not decrypt pay-TV. No XXX catalog.
HTTPS only. Dead streams, geo-blocks, and CORS misses are named misses — never fake a working channel.
Human remains publisher of catalog.json. No silent git / HF / ClawHub / social publish from this skill.
