FULL extra feeds (Celestrak TLE) live in lygo-public-witness-full.zip on SkillHub — a separate human download. Verify zip_sha256 in https://chatagent.ca/data/lygo-full-skills/catalog.json before unzip. This tentacle does not fetch the zip.
