Install
openclaw skills install @chrischall/insync-mcpRead an InSync Healthcare (Qualifacts) patient portal (*.insynchcs.com, e.g. pfbhintouch.insynchcs.com) from a shell: upcoming/past appointments, current medications, allergies, portal messages (list + read), pending forms, account balance, and badge counts. Calls go through the user's signed-in portal tab with the fpx CLI. Use when asked about the user's InSync or behavioral-health portal, therapy/psychiatry appointments, prescriptions or refills on file, messages from the practice, forms to fill out, or what they owe the practice.
openclaw skills install @chrischall/insync-mcpInSync Healthcare Solutions (now Qualifacts) runs one ASP.NET MVC patient
portal per practice, each on its own subdomain: https://<practice>intouch.insynchcs.com.
There is no public API. The portal's own pages call /Controller/Action
endpoints with the browser's session cookie, so every call here routes through
the user's signed-in portal tab with fpx. Read-only. Every command below was
verified live on 2026-10-28.
npm install -g @fetchproxy/cli # provides `fpx`
fpx profile add insync --domain insynchcs.com
fpx profile declare insync --allow-download # declare BEFORE first pairing
Needs ContextMint Bridge in the browser that holds the portal session, with a
portal tab open and signed in. The first call prints a pair code on stderr;
approve it in the bridge popup of that browser. If the bridge also runs in a
second browser, every call prints refusing an extension whose identity is not the one this MCP paired with and a fresh pair code. That is the other browser
being turned away, the call still succeeds, and those extra codes should NOT be
approved. Wrong browser pinned? fpx trust clear fpx-insync, then pair again.
Portal URL: INSYNC_PORTAL (default https://pfbhintouch.insynchcs.com). Use the
host shown in the signed-in tab. The root URL always shows the login form even
when signed in, so check /Dashboard instead.

forms already drops those. Likewise every survey row's onclick embeds a
sign-in deep-link token; surveys returns only name + date.docs/INSYNC-API.md. Never hand-roll one here without explicit
user confirmation. The insync-mcp server (not this skill) is in the health context group on
mcp-host. Every tool except insync_healthcheck carries a _meta.mint hint;
the group's canonical reads are:
| question | tool | brief line |
|---|---|---|
| what's on | insync_list_appointments (upcoming) | <type> with <provider> at <facility> — <ISO start> — <status> |
| what's new | insync_list_messages (unread folder) | <subject> (from <sender>) — <ISO date> — <folder> |
| what's due | insync_list_forms (pending) | <form> — <ISO sent date> — to complete |
Each answers view: "brief" inside the untrusted-data envelope (data is the
line list, because the text is the practice's), ending in -- none when empty
or -- N of M shown / -- more when a page is partial. Each line is at most
120 characters, cut as a whole with the title shortened first, and a title that
starts with -- or \ gets one leading \ so it never reads as a note. There is no subject
argument: one portal login is one patient. A compound ask such as "any therapy
appointments this week, and anything due at the doctor?" fans out to the
appointments and forms reads alongside the group's other members. When the
server runs bridged (no INSYNC_USERNAME/INSYNC_PASSWORD), the group answers
"needs your browser open" for InSync until a signed-in portal tab is open.
0 ok · 1 usage · 2 bridge down, pairing pending, or no tab open on
INSYNC_PORTAL's host · 3 bot wall · 4 upstream non-2xx (an ASP.NET
"Runtime Error" page usually means a malformed request) · 5 session expired
(the portal returned its login page or {"isTimeout":true}; both paths tested). For 5, sign back
in in the tab and retry; portal sessions time out after a period of inactivity.
