This skill turns every walk into structured, searchable site memory: punch items, safety hazards, verbal commitments from subs, and the date each was made.

Setup

Get a key from https://bluecolumn.ai/login (keys look like bc_live_*). Export it:

Ingest a walk

Upload the walk audio, or store a quick dictated summary.

Before a pre-pour meeting or a subcontractor dispute, pull the verbal record.

Field workflow

1. Walk — dictate normally; items, hazards, and commitments as you go.
2. Ingest — upload the audio or a dictated summary the same day.
3. Dispatch — recall open items by subcontractor, area, or date before daily coordination.
4. Close out — store completion notes so the punch history stays intact for disputes and final closeout books.

Billing

If a call returns 402 or 429, read topup_url / upgrade_url from the error body and surface that link to the user. Do not retry the call — the quota is exhausted, not transient.
