Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This is a small reminder-management skill whose persistence and reminder editing behavior are disclosed and aligned with its purpose.

Before installing, note that reminders are meant to be stored locally and survive future sessions. Use it for ordinary reminders, and be careful with sensitive reminder text because the exact local storage path and retention controls are not specified.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Vague Triggers

Medium
Category
Not specified by scanner
Confidence
93% confidence
Finding

The manifest advertises very broad trigger phrases such as "提醒我", "别忘了", and generic English words like "remind" and "reminder", which can match ordinary user language outside a clear reminder-setting intent. This can cause unintended skill activation, leading to incorrect routing of user requests, accidental reminder creation or disclosure of reminder data, and degraded trust in the assistant's behavior.

Natural-Language Policy Violations

Low
Category
Not specified by scanner
Confidence
89% confidence
Finding

The file begins with substantive policy and licensing instructions only in Chinese, while the rest of the license text is in English. This creates a language-policy concern because users are expected to rely on mandatory natural-language terms without any explicit opt-in, translation choice, or stated region-specific necessity.
