This skill is a small local link converter for Thunder/Xunlei-style download URLs and does not show hidden network, file, credential, or persistence behavior.
This is reasonable to install if you need to inspect or convert Thunder/Xunlei links locally. Treat decoded URLs as untrusted until you check the domain and filename, and only run any generated wget or aria2 download command for sources you trust.
