Overview
This skill is a straightforward Markdown guide for converting Word documents to PDFs with LibreOffice on Windows.
Install/use this only if you are comfortable running LibreOffice commands against the current folder. Run it from the intended directory, keep backups of existing PDFs if they matter, and use the Stop-Process troubleshooting command only when you are sure no important LibreOffice work is open.
