Health Summary

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

The skill describes a health-summary tool, but its required executable script is missing from the reviewed artifact, so the actual runtime behavior cannot be verified.

Review this before installing because the skill is incomplete: it tells the agent to run a Node script that was not included in the package. Only use it if you can verify the intended `scripts/health_summary.js` yourself and are comfortable with it processing health-related data.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep

Natural-Language Policy Violations

Finding
The skill description and response instructions are written to require Japanese-language behavior, beginning with the statement that it generates summaries in Japanese. The file does not offer any user opt-in or alternative locale, which can violate a language/locale policy requiring user choice.
