Overview
This is a small GitHub CLI helper skill with no executable code, persistence, or hidden behavior, though it uses the user's existing GitHub authentication.
Before installing, make sure `gh` is installed, authenticated to the intended GitHub account, and limited to appropriate token scopes. Review or require confirmation for commands that comment, close, merge, rerun, cancel, delete, or use write-capable `gh api` requests.
