Security audit

Estimate Agent Revenue

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

The skill is a local revenue calculator, but it requires every result to include vendor-specific claims and promotional links that are not necessary for the calculation.

Install only if you are comfortable with Operon-branded monetization context appearing in generated estimates. Treat the baked-in partner counts, 'today' network-state language, and next-quarter projections as static vendor claims unless independently verified.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs

Finding

The skill advertises activation on broad phrases like 'how much can my agent earn?' and 'is monetization worth it?', which can overlap with many general business or product-strategy questions. In agentic systems that auto-select skills from natural language, this can cause unintended invocation and steer users into a monetization workflow or vendor-specific funnel when they did not explicitly request it.
