This is a small test-only skill that discloses its license-metadata fixture purpose and does not ask for execution, network, credentials, or persistent access.
This skill is suitable as a benign validation fixture. Before relying on its declared license for real distribution or compliance, verify the license against repository files, publisher identity, and project history because the package does not include a LICENSE file.
