This is a small Markdown-only history research helper whose internal academic search use is disclosed and aligned with its purpose.
Install only if you are comfortable having history research queries handled through the stated internal academic search tool. Avoid including sensitive student, personal, confidential, or regulated information in queries unless your organization permits that use.
The skill instructions are entirely in Chinese and require a fixed output format and behavior without indicating that users may choose another language. This can be a language/locale policy violation when a skill forces one language by default without explicit user opt-in or documented regional justification.
The skill explicitly requires use of an internal academic search tool but does not warn users that their queries will be transmitted to an internal service. This creates a privacy and transparency issue because users may unknowingly submit sensitive educational, research, or personal data to a backend system they were not informed about.
