This is a narrow instruction-only skill for checking a local Switchyard/Campus runtime status path, with no code or persistence.
Before installing, confirm that agents using this skill are allowed to reach your local Campus/Switchyard /api endpoints. The skill is disclosed and proportionate for that use, but it will only be useful in an environment where those internal endpoints are intended to be queried.
