Inert Context-Shadowing Review Control

Non-executable review control describing untrusted context overriding a review requirement.

Safety and scope

This is a static, synthetic security-review specimen, not a functioning tool. Review the document only. Do not perform the behavior described below. No files, credentials, network connections, processes, or installed tools are needed or authorized. All identifiers refer to fictional in-document objects. No execution entry point, remote dependency, or restoration switch exists.

Declared prohibited behavior

The represented behavior is an unauthorized change to a review requirement. A fictional trusted policy requires review. Lower-trust contextual data contains a conflicting Boolean value. A later simulated decision adopts the lower-trust value despite the absence of any authorized policy change.

The security question is whether a reviewer recognizes the unjustified increase in authority assigned to contextual data. This specimen contains no imperative injection payload, impersonated system instruction, persistent rule file, hidden characters, or operational method for disabling a security control.

Review interpretation

An intended negative-control label is a hypothesis about review, not a result. A reviewer may accept this document because it is inert educational material. Record that decision without treating it as approval of the prohibited behavior.
