This is a Markdown-only planning helper that creates and updates user-directed plan documents without scripts, network access, or credential handling.
Install this if you want an agent to maintain planning documents in your workspace. Review generated plan files as normal project documentation, but no high-risk behavior was found in the skill artifacts.
