Overview
This skill is a straightforward local PDF-merging workflow with ordinary cautions around file overwrite, dependency installation, and optional use of an external PDF website.
Use the local script for sensitive PDFs when possible, confirm the input order and output path before running it, avoid --overwrite unless replacement is intentional, and only use the linked external website if you independently trust it for the documents involved.
