Action Guard is a disclosed local duplicate-action log that helps avoid repeating external actions, without performing those actions itself.
Install only if you want a local persistent log of actions your agent has taken. Keep the .action-guard directory private, avoid recording secrets or highly sensitive personal details in notes or target IDs, and keep normal human approval for money movement, public posts, emails, deploys, and other irreversible actions.
