Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a disclosed PKU portal helper, but it can use campus network credentials and start a real net-fee recharge flow, so users should handle it carefully.

Install only if you intend to let an agent help with PKU portal and net-fee tasks. Treat ITS credentials and stored sessions as sensitive, clear ~/.config/info/portal/ when no longer needed, and require explicit user approval of amount and payment method before running any recharge command.

Finding
The skill explicitly supports credentialed access to a campus portal and a 3-step recharge/payment flow, but it does not prominently warn that users will enter sensitive account credentials and may initiate real financial transactions. In an agent setting, this increases the chance of accidental credential exposure, unintended login attempts, or triggering payment actions without sufficiently explicit user confirmation.
