Overview
This skill is a focused mortgage borrowing-capacity calculator that discloses its external API use and requires user approval before sending financial inputs.
Before using it, be aware that the agent will send the mortgage inputs you approve, such as income, charges, loan rate, duration, insurance rate, and debt ratio, to Vestafolio's external API. Do not provide names, account identifiers, credentials, files, or extra financial details beyond what the simulator needs.
