This skill is a disclosed integration for managing opt-in identity-matching orders through the ~alter MCP service, with clear notes about authentication, consent, persistence, and costs.
Install only if you intend to use ~alter's hosted identity-matching service. Set a real ALTER_API_KEY, confirm any polling budget before paid identity reveals, use expirations or cancel requirements when finished, and remember that standing orders create server-side state.
