Before installing, confirm you are comfortable with a Chinese-only, static-data refund calculator. It does not appear to collect data or contact external services, but tax rules and exchange rates can change, so verify important refund decisions with official sources or the refund provider.
The module docstring and all user-facing descriptions are presented only in Chinese, and the script does not indicate that the user can select another language. Under the policy, forcing a specific language without user opt-in is a natural-language policy violation unless the locale restriction is explicitly justified.
The command help, error responses, and normal output strings are all emitted in Chinese, with no mechanism for the user to choose language or locale. This is a language-policy issue because the skill imposes a single language in user-facing interactions without opt-in or documented justification.
