Security audit

China Bankcard

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a simple offline Chinese bank card parser with no scripts, network use, persistence, or hidden authority.

Before installing, understand that the skill works on bank card numbers you provide and should mask them in responses. Avoid sharing CVV, PIN, passwords, or other payment secrets; Luhn validation only checks format and does not prove an account exists.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep

Finding

The title and operative instructions are written as Chinese-first content for parsing Chinese bank cards, but the skill does not explicitly state that responses should adapt to the user's preferred language or that Chinese-only output is required. Under the policy, forcing a specific language without opt-in is a natural-language locale violation unless clearly justified and documented.
