This skill locally extracts text from user-provided PDFs and does not show hidden network, persistence, or credential behavior.

This appears reasonable to install for local PDF text extraction. Be aware it can read any PDF path the agent is asked to process, may invoke local PDF tooling, and may expose extracted document contents to the active agent conversation; use caution with sensitive PDFs.
