Security audit

Cron Forge

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

Cron Forge is a documentation-only cron scheduling reference; its main risk is that users may create recurring OpenClaw jobs if they run the example commands.

Install is reasonable if you want cron syntax and OpenClaw scheduling examples. Before running any cron command, review the prompt and schedule carefully, use the narrowest permissions available for recurring jobs, prefer isolated sessions where appropriate, and periodically remove jobs you no longer need.
