Tenure is a coherent local memory plugin, but it needs Review because it persistently ingests local memory files and the documented opt-out is not implemented in the shipped runtime.
Install only if you are comfortable with a local service persistently storing beliefs from your conversations and seeding from USER.md and MEMORY.md. Review those files for secrets before installation, keep Tenure and provider tokens private, avoid non-local baseUrl settings unless you trust that host, and treat the documented seedOnStart:false opt-out as unreliable in this release.
