Purpose & Capability
Name/description match the SKILL.md: guidance for installing, configuring, and running the Biome CLI (lint/format/import-organizer/migration). It does not request unrelated credentials, binaries, or config paths.
Instruction Scope
SKILL.md contains CLI commands (pnpm/biome), config examples, IDE and CI guidance and references project files only. It may instruct applying fixes (e.g. --write) which will modify project files — this is expected for a lint/format skill and stays within scope. No instructions to read unrelated system files or exfiltrate data.
Install Mechanism
No install spec or bundled code; this is instruction-only so nothing is downloaded or written by the skill itself.
Credentials
Skill declares no required environment variables, credentials, or config paths. The SKILL.md does not reference secrets or other env vars beyond typical project config.
Persistence & Privilege
always:false and default invocation settings. The skill does not request persistent system presence or modify other skills or global agent settings.
Assessment
This is an instruction-only guide for using the Biome CLI. It is coherent and low-risk, but be aware: following its commands may run pnpm/biome CLI operations in your project and can modify files if you use flags like --write. Ensure you have the intended Biome/pnpm binaries installed and pinned versions in your repo before applying writes in CI or on important branches. If you want to avoid automatic changes, run checks without write flags and review changes before committing.

Like a lobster shell, security has layers — review code before you run it.
