Security audit

Wiki Lint

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a straightforward markdown wiki review checklist with no hidden execution, credential use, networking, or persistence.

Install this for reviewing a markdown or Obsidian-style wiki. Be aware that it may read across the wiki you ask it to inspect, and only ask it to apply fixes when you are comfortable with markdown edits in that workspace.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration

Finding

The invocation guidance says to use the skill when a user wants the agent to inspect a wiki for many issues, including broad phrases like "other maintenance issues." This lacks clear trigger boundaries or exclusion conditions, so it could be selected for generic requests about reviewing markdown notes or documentation.
