Ai Image Generation Skills

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill connects OpenClaw to Pixwith so users can generate images and videos, and its external API and image upload behavior are disclosed and aligned with that purpose.

Install only if you intend to use Pixwith as a cloud media-generation provider. Prompts, generation settings, credit checks, and any uploaded reference images may be sent to Pixwith or its storage provider, so avoid sensitive images unless you are comfortable with Pixwith handling them. Use the documented Pixwith endpoint and keep your API key private.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep

Finding

Data is being sent to an external URL. This could be legitimate telemetry or data exfiltration. Manual review is recommended.

Finding

The example explicitly instructs the agent to upload a local user image to an external service and then use the returned hosted URL, but it provides no privacy notice, consent requirement, or data-handling warning. In an agent skill context, this can cause unintended exfiltration of user-provided local content to a third party, especially if the agent automates the flow without clearly surfacing that transfer.
