This skill is a disclosed external notary helper with a small local verifier and no evidence of hidden persistence, destructive behavior, or credential harvesting.
Install only if you are comfortable sending claim text and an agent identifier to the StillOS hosted notary service. Review the external Python package before using the pip install path; the bundled offline verifier itself is local and read-only.
