Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a local checklist for reviewing outward-facing writing for leaks and style issues, with no hidden execution or persistence found.

Install this if you want a final manual review of public-facing text. Be aware it may inspect sensitive draft content you paste into the agent, and broad requests like "scrub this" could invoke it even when you meant a different kind of cleanup.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Finding

The skill description contains very broad activation phrases such as "scrub this", "is this safe to post", and "clean this up before it goes out", which are common in ordinary conversation and can cause the skill to trigger in contexts the user did not specifically intend. In an automated skill-selection system, this can lead to over-invocation, unnecessary processing of sensitive draft content, and accidental application of this skill where a narrower or different security review would be more appropriate.
