Setup

Uses uv-managed venv at .venv/. To reinstall:

cd ~/.clawdbot/skills/local-whisper
uv venv .venv --python 3.12
uv pip install --python .venv/bin/python click openai-whisper torch --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cpu
