Core Methodology: Three-Layer Filtering

  1. Trend exists ≠ Product validation exists
  2. Product validation exists ≠ Domestic window exists
  3. All three layers required — missing any = no opportunity

Signal Thresholds

  • 🔴 Core trend: 3+ platforms showing same direction
  • 🟡 Medium signal: 2 platforms
  • 🔵 Weak signal: 1 platform only

Startup Criteria

Before starting a project, verify ALL of:

  • ✅ 3+ platform validation
  • ✅ Overseas paid product validation
  • ✅ Domestic window 3-6 months
