SKILL.md limits behavior to drafting strategy-first PRDs (Chinese by default) and reading the bundled reference files when appropriate; it does not instruct reading other system files, accessing credentials, or posting to external endpoints.

The skill requests no environment variables, credentials, or config paths; the level of access requested is minimal and appropriate for a document-authoring helper.

Assessment

This is an instruction-only PRD template/authoring helper and appears internally consistent. Before installing or using it: (1) avoid pasting sensitive company secrets or credentials into prompts—PRDs often contain business-sensitive details; (2) note the default output language is Chinese unless you ask for English; (3) because the skill can be invoked autonomously (platform default), review when and how it may be used by agents in your environment; and (4) if you need the skill to operate on private/internal documents, confirm where those documents will be sent or stored—this skill does not include code that transmits data, but any agent using it might, so exercise normal caution with confidential information.

Core Philosophy

Strategy PRDs answer why before what. Every section should connect features back to business goals and user outcomes. Avoid feature laundry lists; prioritize decision rationale.

Standard PRD Structure

Use this structure unless the user specifies otherwise:

Writing Guidelines

• 用中文撰写，除非用户指定英文
• 策略逻辑要显式说明，不要隐含在功能描述里
• 每个功能点标注优先级：P0/P1/P2 或 Must/Should/Could
• AI 策略类需求必须包含：输入信号、模型/策略逻辑、输出形式、兜底规则
