时间管理假设所有小时等价,但人的精力不是恒定的。本Skill将Jim Loehr的精力管理理论与生理节律科学结合,帮助用户识别个人精力模式,并据此分配任务。

Usage

当用户需要:

Key Concepts

1. 四层精力金字塔

  • 体能层:睡眠、运动、营养 → 基础容量
  • 情绪层:积极/消极状态 → 动力源泉
  • 心智层:专注力、创造力 → 认知产出
  • 精神层:意义感、目的 → 持久续航

每层影响上层,底层不足时上层必然衰减。

2. 超日节律(Ultradian Rhythm)

  • 90分钟高精力 + 20分钟恢复的自然周期
  • 强行突破 → 隐性疲劳积累 → 第二天崩溃
  • 最优策略:顺应周期而非对抗

3. 精力审计方程

日精力结余 = (睡眠质量 × 0.3 + 营养 × 0.2 + 运动 × 0.15 + 社交充电 × 0.15 + 意义感 × 0.2) - (认知消耗 + 情绪消耗 + 决策疲劳)

4. 恢复型任务分类

  • 微恢复(5min):深呼吸、远眺、伸展
  • 中恢复(20min):散步、冥想、小憩
  • 深恢复(半天):运动、自然、完全切换

Instructions

  1. 帮用户建立精力追踪基线(至少3天)
  2. 绘制个人精力曲线(早/午/晚模式)
  3. 将现有任务重新映射到精力曲线
