Pay OpenRouter fees with CAI

OpenClaw and other agents often need OpenRouter credits to finish a task. Your agent discovers how OpenRouter (or the billing page) expects payment; CAI executes from your custodial wallet after you confirm — no private keys in chat.

When to Use

  • "Pay my OpenRouter balance from CAI"
  • "My agent found OpenRouter's payment address — send after I confirm"
  • "Top up OpenRouter using my agent wallet"
  • "Use CAI to pay the invoice my agent surfaced"

Task flow (agent-native)

  1. Agent reads OpenRouter billing instructions (amount, chain, address, or @cai.com if applicable).
  2. wallet_balances on the required chain/token.
  3. If short → create_deposit_link.
  4. User confirms full payee + amount + chain + token.
  5. resolve_transfer_recipient or to_addresstransfer.
  6. transfer_status + wallet_activity_list for proof.

Not CAI's job: Auto-discovering OpenRouter's billing UI or charging cards without user confirmation.
