工作流程

步骤 22: 确定资金需求

计算创业所需资金，确保在达到下一个里程碑前不会"断粮"。

资金需求测算方法：

按用途分类估算：

  1. 产品开发：研发人员薪酬、开发工具、服务器/云服务、测试设备
  2. 市场推广：广告投放、品牌建设、市场活动、内容营销
  3. 团队建设：招聘费用、员工薪酬、办公空间
  4. 运营开支：法务财务、行政办公、保险、合规
  5. 预留缓冲：通常预留15-20%作为不可预见支出

按时间线估算（18-24个月跑表）：

月度资金消耗 = 人员成本 + 运营成本 + 市场推广成本
总资金需求 = 月度资金消耗 × 预计月份 + 预留缓冲

里程碑式预算：

  • 确定下一个关键里程碑（如MVBP上线、首个付费客户、盈利平衡）
  • 估算达到里程碑所需的资金和时间

  • 运营体系不要一开始就追求完美——先跑起来，再迭代优化
  • 对于科研人员创业：善用政府科研项目经费和高校孵化资源作为早期启动资金
