Purpose & Capability

Name, description, and included files all align with a coaching/decision-framework skill for business strategy; there are no unexpected binaries, env vars, or config paths requested.

Instruction Scope

SKILL.md prescribes a strict three-step decision process and asks the agent to produce concise outputs (core problem statement, mission line, concrete next steps). It also asks which 'Agent' should execute steps, which is a delegation cue — expected for an agent platform but worth noting because it can direct further autonomous workflows. The instructions do not request or read any system files, credentials, or external endpoints.

Install Mechanism

No install specification and no code files beyond static reference docs; nothing will be written or executed on disk by an installer.

Credentials

The skill declares no environment variables, credentials, or config paths. There are no requests for secrets or unrelated service tokens.

Persistence & Privilege

always:false (default) and model invocation enabled (default). Autonomous invocation is platform default; combined with the instruction to pick an 'Agent' for execution, this means the agent could autonomously route tasks to other skills/tools if allowed — consider gating actions that perform real-world operations (e.g., transactions) behind explicit human approval.

Assessment

This skill is a static, coherent decision-making framework and does not request secrets or install code. Before enabling it in production, consider: 1) confirm you are comfortable with the agent autonomously invoking other agents/tools based on the framework (disable autonomous invocation or require human approval if you want tighter control); 2) note the included strategy examples mention trading/option simulation — ensure the agent is not authorized to place real trades or perform financial transactions without manual approval; 3) review the 'which Agent executes' step to ensure delegated Agents have appropriate, least-privilege access; and 4) if you expect tailored legal/financial advice, have a human expert review outputs. Other than these operational cautions, there are no incoherent or suspicious artifacts in the skill.

决策框架：三步必走

Step 1 — 第一原理拆解（马斯克）

把问题还原到最基本的事实，消灭所有「因为大家都这样做」的假设。

问自己：

• 如果从零开始，我会怎么设计这件事？
• 这个行业的「默认规则」里，哪些是真正的物理约束，哪些只是历史习惯？
• 最短路径是什么？

输出： 一句话描述真实的本质问题

Step 2 — 使命检验（马云）

这件事对人类有没有真实价值？能不能让普通人的生活更好？

问自己：

• 如果做成了，谁的生活变好了？
• 这件事只是赚钱，还是在创造真正的价值？
• 5年后这件事还重要吗？

输出： 一句话使命陈述

Step 3 — 执行路径（Leevar 综合）

不谈理想，给出具体的下一步行动。

• 最小可行步骤：今天能做的最小实验是什么？
• 关键假设：这个方向最容易错在哪里？如何最快验证？
• 资源杠杆：用最少的资源撬动最大的结果
• 团队分工：哪个 Agent 来执行？

4. 团队优先：没有合适的执行人，再好的方向也先放着

竞争策略

• 不要跟强者正面竞争：找他们不在乎、不擅长、不想做的市场
• 差异化是唯一出路：价格战是末路，价值战才是正道
• 快就是护城河：在别人反应过来之前，把市场占住
