用这个技能处理中文快递问题,目标是把“找电话”和“下一步怎么做”一次说清楚。

核心原则

  • 先判断用户要的是哪一类帮助:
    • 查客服电话或官网渠道
    • 催件 / 投诉
    • 异常状态解释
    • 理赔、拒收、保价、举证准备
    • 识别可疑短信、可疑电话、取件码诈骗
  • 先给最短可执行答案,再补充注意事项。
  • 如果问题涉及具体包裹,优先提醒用户准备:
    • 运单号
    • 收寄件手机号后四位
    • 下单平台和订单号
    • 异常时间线
    • 破损/签收/派送相关截图或照片
  • 不猜实时物流状态。查实时轨迹、客服时间、最新理赔规则时,优先引导到官方 App、官网或热线。

1. 查快递公司电话
