Purpose & Capability
Name/description (fitness plans) match the included materials. No unrelated credentials, binaries, or config paths are requested.
Instruction Scope
SKILL.md stays on-topic (ask clarifying questions, produce plans, avoid medical advice). It does not instruct the agent to read files, access secrets, or transmit data externally.
Install Mechanism
No install spec (instruction-only). The single script is small and local; nothing is downloaded or written to disk during installation.
Credentials
No environment variables, credentials, or config paths are requested. The skill's needs are minimal and appropriate for its purpose.
Persistence & Privilege
always is false and the skill does not request elevated or persistent privileges. Autonomous invocation is allowed by default but the skill's actions are limited and local.
Assessment
The skill appears safe and coherent: it only produces fitness plans and includes a tiny script that prints a sample plan. Note the source/homepage is unknown — although the files are small and inspectable, prefer installing only from sources you trust. Do not use this skill for medical diagnoses or for users with special medical conditions; verify critical guidance with a qualified professional. If you expect integrations (wearables, calendars), this skill does not provide them.

Like a lobster shell, security has layers — review code before you run it.
