How to use

1. Describe your project vision in 3 sentences: what it is, who it is for, what "done" looks like.
2. I will help you cut scope across three versions:
   • 2-hour version — the absolute minimum that proves the concept.
   • 1-day version — a complete, shareable first draft.
   • 1-weekend version — polished, usable, something you would show someone.
3. I will identify what you must cut, what tools/materials you need, and the first concrete step to take.
